Reliable Roofers Ltd is a roofing company based in Luton town centre and working across Bedfordshire and the Hertfordshire border. This page is what we do, how we work, and the facts about the company: over 10 years of roofing experience, guaranteed in writing, public liability insured.
We repair and replace roofs. Pitched roofs in clay tile, concrete tile and slate; flat roofs in felt, GRP and EPDM; chimneys, leadwork, fascias, soffits and guttering; and the emergency work that storms bring to Luton and the Downs every winter. Every photograph on this website is a job by our own team, and there are more than seventy of them because we would rather show you the membrane, the battens and the lead than tell you about them.
How we work is simple. You ring or send the form. We look at the roof from a ladder or the scaffold and from inside the loft, and we tell you whether it is a repair or a replacement and why. You get a written, itemised price before any work starts, with the materials named and the dates set. The same team that quoted does the work, photographs it as it goes, and clears up. If something is not right afterwards, you ring the same number and get the same people.

Nothing starts until you have a written, itemised price. No estimates that grow, no extras invented on the day.
Find the cause
We trace leaks from the roof and the loft and fix the entry point, not the stain. If a roof is finished we say so and show you why.
Photograph everything
Every stage of every job is photographed so you can see what went on before it was covered, and so your insurer can see what was done.
Our own team
The people who quote are the people on the scaffold. We do not sell jobs on to other crews.
