Reliable Roofers Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our enquiry form, by phone, WhatsApp or email: name, phone number, email address, postcode and address, and a description of the work.
- Photographs you send us of your roof.
- Technical data collected by our analytics and, where you consent, advertising cookies: pages visited, device type, referring site and campaign identifiers.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, survey, quote and carry out the work (performance of a contract).
- To keep records of quotes, guarantees and invoices for six years as required by law (legal obligation).
- To measure and improve our website and advertising, where you have consented to cookies (consent).
- To contact you about work we have done for you (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
Our website host and form provider (Netlify), our customer records system, our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) if you contact us that way, Google (analytics and, where consented, advertising measurement), and manufacturers where a product guarantee requires registration. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Job records, guarantees and invoices are kept for six years from the date of the work.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time.
